Charles Grevious is the President & Managing Partner of Allen Associates, LLC a Human Resources consulting firm that provides services in the area of executive search, leadership development, and organizational design & development, whose clients range from both for-profit and not-for-profit.
Charles is a passionate advocate for partnering and working with clients who recognize the strategic importance all as of all assignments that are built on immediate access to talent, turnaround relative to staffing needs, diversity talent, and a perspective that benefits the development of bench strength and succession planning.
Prior to Allen Associates, Charles held a Leadership role in Global Human Resources Strategy at Colgate Palmolive. In this role, his primary responsibilities included supporting the sourcing and hiring of top tier MBA candidates from such colleges as The Wharton School, Kellogg School of Management, Stern School of Business, and many more for the company’s global roles in Marketing, Finance and Human Resources.
Charles resides in New Jersey with his wife of 38 years. They have three children. Twin sons, who are graduates of West Point (2007) and a daughter, who is a 2014 graduate of Temple University’s Fox School of Business.
